/// Biography of JO DI BONA ///

An emblematic figure of the Parisian Street Art scene, Jo Di Bona owes his dazzling success to his unique technique that he himself invented: Pop Graffiti, where he combines collages, various influences from graffiti and pop culture from which he is deeply imbued. A modern-day Fauvist, Jo Di Bona mixes colors and movements to create faces imbued with poetry, emotions and joie de vivre. In his works, Jo Di Bona pays homage with the same tenderness to the icons and great figures of history as to strangers passing through, nourished by the generous look he has on humans because “the most important in his eyes , it's sharing” (Artist'up) Praised by the media, Jo Di Bona has, among other things, been presented on the news of France 2, M6 or in the Télématin show, and has appeared on the cover of the “Arts Magazine” magazines. , “Street Art Magazine”, “Paris Tonkar”, was cited by the reference site Artsper among “the 10 artists to follow in 2016” or in the top 5 of Konbini’s favorite Street Artists in 2018, and made the front page from the prestigious New York Times for his tribute wall created in Little Cambodia. Jo Di Bona is also one of the first Street Artists in the world to have entered the United Nations headquarters in New York in January 2017, and is among the 50 global artists represented in the Guide to Contemporary Urban Art 2019/2020. It has since had numerous publications in various art works (Audrey Decker). In 2021, he created his largest wall on the facade of studio 210 in Aubervilliers. A 1000 m2 wall entirely spray painted. Jo Di Bona is one of the official ambassadors of the volunteer program for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
