Softtwix is ​​one of the three facets of the artist Le Blazon. Initially trained in photography, she worked in the fashion and advertising industries in various European cities, including Paris, London, and Milan, before establishing herself as a photographer in Paris. It was during these experiences that she developed a critical perspective on the aesthetic norms of contemporary society, particularly regarding the representation of women. She created her first urban installations in 2014 as part of her project, E.Doll. This project involves placing immense black and white portraits of women, which she composes herself, in the street. These portraits bear scars, marks of their history and lived experiences. In this way, she expresses her reflection on the aesthetic expectations imposed on women by society, denouncing the injunction to remain beautiful and fresh regardless of what they may have experienced or endured. His works are meticulously placed in carefully selected public spaces to maximize their impact and encourage meaningful interaction with the public. By seeking harmony between his creations and the urban environment, Softtwix aims to provoke thought and challenge social norms through his art in public spaces.
