Tota Nagao study in Dokuritu bijutu Institute with Master Suda Kunitaro. First exhibitions in 1958 in Kyoto, Tokyo and Osaka. In 1966 he went to France then to Spain and settle in 1967 in Montmartre, Paris. He won several medals in France ( Salon des Artistes Français, Salon d'Automne, etc.. ).
He made more than 120 exhibitions in the world during the last 30 years.
He is in the collection of several museums in Japan ( Museum of Nagasaki, Kagoshima city Museum of art, Siwa city Museum, Hokkaido Museum of modern art, Meito Museum of Nagoya, Mitake Museum à Kagoshima … ). His paintings are in the most important private collections in Japan and in the collections of major corporations (banks, television stations, hotels, industries).
